Privacy policy
How SBMMS handles the information you share through this website.
Who we are
This website, sbmms.com.np, is run by Sewa Bio Medical & Medicine Supplier Pvt. Ltd., Babarmahal, Kathmandu-11, Nepal.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, and optionally your organisation, email address, the product you're asking about and your message. We store the enquiry in our own database so our staff can reply and follow up, and we may also receive it by email. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you as a customer.
After you send the form, or when you tap a WhatsApp button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message ready for you to send to our number. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
When you tap a WhatsApp button, we record which product it was for and on which page, so we know which products people ask about. This record contains no personal information.
Cookies and analytics
